The 10th strings guitar player Renato Andrade (1932-2005), born in the states of Minas Gerais, Brazil, have been presented in 36 countries between 1978 and 1983 under the auspices of the Foreign Ministry. We tried to establish some connections between these tours and some of the achievements of policies and guidelines of the Foreign and Cultural Military Dictatorship.
