O trabalho investigativo que aqui se propõe enquadra-se na Área de Concentração em Direito do Trabalho. Dentro dessa área geral, vê-se interessado na Linha de Pesquisa de transformações nas relações jurídicas privadas e sociais. Seu recorte, por sua vez, é essencialmente voltado, como deixa transparecer desde o título, ao estudo do resgate histórico do anarcossindicalismo na formação do movimento operário no Brasil, de modo a refutar a deficiência encontrada sobre o tema quando analisamos a doutrina jurídico-trabalhista tradicional. A Pesquisa se deixa notar claramente pelo seu objeto de estudo, pois se trata, em suma, de um trabalho sobre a reconfiguração teórico-dogmática do Direito Sindical, visando reordenar e colocar no seu devido lugar a importância dos ideais anarquistas na formação da classe operária brasileira e sua repercussão nos movimentos emancipatórios e contra-hegemônicos desencadeados em todo planeta.
