A presente investigação visa a analisar o tema: O ordenamento jurídico como complemento de sociabilidade no pensamento político de Hannah Arendt (1906-1975). Segundo a autora, a política é a maneira humana de convívio entre os homens e mulheres por meio do gerenciamento de questões emergentes, sem o uso de qualquer coação. Ainda, para ela, a igualdade não se origina da linhagem, do status social, mas da igualdade no sentido de poder agir em conjunto. Assim o indivíduo tem um importante papel a ser exercido na esfera política, enquanto cidadão. É preciso que haja um “espaço público”, bem como, que os cidadãos tenham a liberdade para expressar-se, podendo contestar, discutir suas ideias e ideais, sem utilizar-se de qualquer tipo de violência, buscando, por meio dessa elaboração conjunta, adquirir outros direitos, por exemplo, à saúde, à educação, à moradia, ao emprego. A existência de possibilidade de ver e ser visto, discordar e poder expor isso, para Arendt, apenas ocorre em uma convivência política, na pluralidade, buscando a elaboração de regras para a organização do grupo em que vivem e pelo qual se sentirão partícipes e responsáveis. Ou seja, é uma atitude que ocorre em um espaço público de encontro de iguais, enquanto cidadãos, diferentes, enquanto seres únicos por nascimento, a fim de conseguir, mesmo que momentaneamente, a garantia de paz no convívio das singularidades.

The present investigation aims to analyze the theme: The law as a complement of sociability involved in the political thoughts of Hannah Arendt (1906-1975). According the author, the politic is the human way to live together between men and women through the management of emerging issues, without the use of repression. Furthermore, for her, the equality does not originate from the lineage, from the social status, but from the equality, in order to be able to act together. Thus, the individual has an important role to be exercised in the political sphere, as a citizen. It is needed the existence of a “public space”, as well as, that the citizens have the freedom to express themselves, can contest, discuss their ideas and ideals, without using any kind of violence, seeking, through this joint development, acquire other rights, such as, the health, the education, the habitation and the employment. For Arendt, the existence of the possibility of seeing and being seen, disagree and be able to expose it, only happen through the political coexistence, in the plurality, seeking the elaboration of rules for the organization of the group in which they live and whereby feel participants and responsible. In other words, it is an action that occurs in a publicspace of equality, while the citizens, different, as unique beings by birth, in order to obtain, even momentarily, the peace in the conviviality of the singularities.
