O tema desta tese são os usos e as interações com as tecnologias móveis sem fio. Tem como objetivo geral descrever e analisar as interações com essas tecnologias, com os sujeitos participantes do curso de Mídias na Educação – edição 2017/1. O estudo pretendeu analisar como ocorrem tais interações e se modificam a relação dos sujeitos com as tecnologias, analisando se essas relações produzem contradições. Para realizar a investigação, construí o processo com base nos princípios teóricometodológicos da netnografia (KOZINETS, 2014) e do pensamento complexo (MORIN, 2011a, 2012, 2015, 2016). A tese se caracteriza como descritivaexploratória, pois a intenção foi a de descrever e analisar os acontecimentos com base nas discussões e posicionamentos dos sujeitos participantes do curso de Mídias na Educação. Para isso, fiz uso da observação de ambientes virtuais, da aplicação de questionário e da entrevista semiestruturada. O resultado da análise dos dados foi sistematizado em três eixos de investigação: a) os sujeitos participantes sofrem a influência de uma sociedade que usa as Tecnologias Móveis e Sem Fio (TMSF), assim como o curso de Mídias também sofre a influência destes sujeitos; b) a partir de diferentes espaços, físicos e virtuais, os sujeitos participantes interagiram com as TMSF, constituindo um todo identificado como lugar de formação; c) a escola presencial, na qual os sujeitos participantes atuam como professsores, é um espaço que oportuniza um lugar de formação, mas, nesse espaço, alguns sujeitos participantes utilizam as TMSF, outros não. A tese sustenta que as interações dos sujeitos com as TMSF no curso de Mídias na Educação provocaram a expansão dos espaços ocupados, tornando-os um lugar de formação.
The theme of this thesis is the use and the interaction with wireless mobile technologies. Its main purpose is to describe and analyze the interactions with these technologies, with participants of the Media in Education course. The study aimed to analyze how such interactions occur and whether they change the relations of the subjects with the technologies, analyzing if these relations present contradictions. In order to carry out the investigation, I built the process based on the theoreticalmethodological principles of netnography (KOZINETS, 2014) and complex thinking (MORIN, 2011a, 2012, 2015, 2016). The thesis is characterized as descriptiveexploratory, as the intention was to describe and analyze the events based on the discussions and opinions of the ones participating in the Media in Education course. To do so, I used of the observation of virtual environments method as well as the application of a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The result of the data analysis was systematized in three axes of investigation: a) the participant subjects suffer the influence of a society that uses the Wireless and Mobile Technologies (WMT), as well as the media course also suffers the influence of these subjects; b) as of different spaces, physical and virtual ones, the participants interacted with the WMT, building a whole seen as the training place; c) the on-site school, where the participants work as teachers, is a space that provides a training place, but, in this space, some participants use the WMT, others do not. The thesis affirms that the interactions of the subjects with the WMT in the Media in Education course, caused the expansion of the spaces used, making them a training place.
