O tarô com suas cartas envoltas em mitos, narrativas e símbolos são parte do mistério que anima esta pesquisa. A motivação busca desvendar processos criativos e envolve questões que permearam meu cotidiano como pesquisadora imersa no campo da arte – e como taróloga. Utilizando as cartas como conceitos, este trabalho se volta à memória e ao trabalho de outros artistas e pesquisadores – passando por Aby Warburg, Lygia Clark, Hélio Oiticica e outros – para elaborar uma parceria entre estas cartas seculares e a contemporaneidade. O estudo combina dispositivos autorais para entabular as relações; cartas, mapas, desenhos e obras formam um texto visual, conforme o Atlas Mnemosyne de Warburg, que funda a tríade mito-tarô-arte.
The tarot, its cards wrapped in myth, stories and symbols, are the background of this research, that reaches for the questions that permeated my daily life as a student, researcher and as well as a tarologist. Using the cards as concepts, this work turns itself towards memory and to the works of other artists and art researchers (such as Aby Warburg, Lygia Clark, Helio Oiticica and others) in order to elaborate a fellowship between these ancient cards and contemporaneity. This study also proposes a visual collection in order to externalize these visual relationships, aiming to grasp the concept of Atlas, brought to life by Warburg, to complete the triad myth-tarot-art in a way that correlates the image and the content introduced by this dissertation.
