Neste trabalho foram sintetizadas 3-tioidrochalconas, utilizando a base KF/Al2O3 e glicerol como solvente. A metodologia proposta baseia-se nos princípios da química verde, através de um procedimento one pot, a partir de cetonas 1, aldeídos 2 e tióis 4, foram obtidas dez 3-tioidrochalconas 5 contendo substituintes aromáticos e alifáticos, com bons rendimentos. Além disso, foi possível a redução de doze cetonas α,-insaturadas em uma condição semelhante, com o uso de disseleneto de difenila 6, ácido hipofosforoso (H3PO2) e o glicerol, formando as respectivas cetonas saturadas 8 com bons rendimentos (Esquema 1). Também foi possível reutilizar o sistema H3PO2/glicerol sem tratamento prévio, mantendo sua eficiência.
In this study 3-thiohydrochalcones were synthesized using KF/Al2O3 as a base and glycerol as a solvent. The methodology proposed is based on the principles of Green Chemistry using one pot procedure from ketones 1, aldehydes 2 and thiols 4. Ten 3- thiohydrochalcones 5 were obtained containing aromatic and aliphatic substituents in good yields. Moreover, it was possible to reduce twelve α,-unsaturated ketones in a similar condition using diphenyl diselenide 6, hypophosphorous acid (H3PO2) and glycerol to form the corresponding saturated ketones 8 in good yields (Scheme 1). It was also possible to reuse the H3PO2/glycerol system without prior treatment while maintaining its efficiency.
