The work entitled the inclusion of deaf children in regular education aimed to study the inclusion of deaf children in regular education, bringing the protection laws on Special Education, and the teaching of pounds. It is characterized as a bibliographic study, in which the following references will be used: Federal Constitution of 1988, the Law of Directives and Bases of Education LBD-9.394 / 96, Federal Law No. 10.436, among others and, also, authors that provide a basis for this work as, Goldfeed (2002), Perlim; Strobel (2006) among others. We also present a short history of education for the deaf and the educational process in the inclusive school, seeking to show the paths that this process of struggles and achievements has taken, but which still needs quality and access for all. If inclusion is a rescue to humanization, the school needs to be flexible, modify, prepare, research and recognize the differences and propose equity in the offer of access to teaching to the deaf student.
