O presente texto tem como objetivo refletir a respeito da significação da convivência entre o professor-aluno, por meio das relações de afetividade. Defendemos que a sala de aula deve ser um espaço benéfico para o ensino e a aprendizagem. Compreendemos que o respeito, carinho e a amizade são os componentes principais no convívio humano. O efeito é visível quando o educador usa essa forma para ensinar. No entanto, percebe-se que essa relação de afeto dentro da sala de aula nem sempre acontece. Diante disso, este artigo propõe discutir sobre a forma como o professor desenvolve o seu trabalho no ambiente de aprendizagem. É importante que se atentem para diversas técnicas de ensinar, constantemente é preciso que o educador oriente seus alunos, compartilhe saberes, informe e incentive os alunos a estudar e aprender. Como principal resultado da pesquisa obteve-se uma perspectiva satisfatória em relação à docência da rede pública, que aplicando os métodos de uma boa relação de afetividade entre professor e alunos, como incentivador, conseguiu fazer com que os alunos interagissem e tivessem melhor aproveitamento nas aulas ministradas.

This text aims to reflect on the meaning of coexistence between the teacher-student, through affective relationships. We argue that the classroom should be a beneficial space for teaching and learning. We understand that respect, affection and friendship are the main components in human coexistence. The effect is visible when the educator uses this form to teach. However, it’s perceived that this affection relationship within the classroom doesn’t always happen. That said, this article proposes to discuss how the teacher develops his work in the learning environment. It is important to pay attention to various techniques of teaching, the educator must constantly guide his students, share knowledge, inform and encourage students to study and learn. As the main result of the research, a satisfactory perspective was obtained in relation to public school teaching. that applying the methods of a good affectionate relationship between teacher and students, as an encourager, managed to make the students interact and have better use in the classes taught.
