O encontro da Psicanálise com a Literatura sempre foi marcado pelo fato dos escritores terem uma intimidade com o inconsciente. O uso da escrita criativa norteia e ilustra o desbravamento do campo psicanalítico. Esse encontro de dois terrenos do saber é bem ilustrado pelo neologismo de Lacan: lituraterra. A dissertação parte do estudo de Lacan sobre a letra e a literatura, para pensar os pontos de encontro entre os dois campos do saber. A escolha da obra de Joyce – Um retrato do artista quando Jovem – se deu pelo desejo apontado nas leituras sobre o objeto a e a voz. No retorno de Joyce para ler Lacan, houve o encontro com uma outra qualidade, que é o som, para pensar a experiência do lugar de leitor e sua ressonância no lugar do analista. A questão: o que um analista escuta e o que faz deste lugar produzir uma análise perpassa nas elaborações sobre a letra, a voz e o som. O trabalho aposta que, além das clássicas definições das formações do inconsciente, o analista também deve escutar uma musicalidade, que seria propriamente o conceito de lalangue; a junção entre o som e a voz.

The meeting of Psychoanalysis with Literature has always been marked by the fact that the writers have an intimacy with the unconscious. The use of creative writing guides and illustrates the clearing of the psychoanalytic field. This meeting of these two plots of knowledge is well illustrated by Lacan’s neologismo: lituraterre. The thesis starts on the Lacan’s study about the letter and literature to think the meeting points between the two fields of knowledge. The choice of Joyce’s novel – A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man – was done to the desire left in the readings about the object a and the voice. On the return between reading Joyce and then Lacan, met another quality that is the sound, to think of experience about the reader’s place and its resonance in the analyst’s place. The question: what an analyst listens and what makes this place produce an analysis, runs through the elaborations on the letter, the voice and the sound. This work bets that besides the classical definitions of unconscious’ formations, the analyst must also listen to a musicality, which itself would be the concept of lalangue; the junction of the sound and the voice.
