O trabalho aborda a criação, de uma política de inventário, como o objetivo de aumentar o nível de serviço da companhia oferecida a seus clientes, evitando paradas de planta pela falta de matéria-prima e/ou mal gerenciamento do estoque. Determinação de estoque de segurança e ponto de ressuprimento das principais matérias-primas de uma indústria química, através de coleta de dados históricas, análise estatística dos dados e projeções futuras de consumo da companhia, e uma solução proposta. This work deals with the creation of an inventory policy, with the main objective of increasing the company's level of service offered to its customers, avoiding plant stops by the lack of raw materials and / or bad inventory management.
