O desenvolvimento da ciência bucal, especialmente a utilização de materiais odontológicos e tecnologia, levou à inovação das Próteses Dentárias. Para alcançar a excelência nas reabilitações estéticas e responder aos anseios dos pacientes a análise sistematizada do sorriso é uma importante ferramenta para obter sorriso harmonioso funcional. O Checklist estético observa as características que compõem a avaliação do sorriso e refina os cuidados durante o planejamento e execução dos procedimentos restauradores. Este trabalho de conclusão de curso apresentou os fatores que compõem o checklist estético e discutiu suas características no planejamento das reabilitações estéticas anteriores. Além de uma recuperação da saúde oral e estética do paciente, a conclusão do caso trouxe satisfação tanto para o paciente quanto para o profissional
The Development of Oral Science, especially the use of Dental Technology and materials, took the Innovation of Denture. To achieve excellence in aesthetic rehabilitations and respond to the needs of patients the systematic analysis of the smile is an important tool for functional harmonious smile. The aesthetic Checklist notes the features that make the evaluation of the smile and refines care during the planning and implementation of restorative procedures. This course conclusion work presented the factors that make up the aesthetic checklist and discussed its characteristics in the planning of previous aesthetic rehabilitations. In addition to a recovery of oral health and the patient's aesthetics, the conclusion of the case brought satisfaction for both the patient and the professional
