As transformações recentes da estrutura produtiva do capitalismo trouxeram novas roupagens ideológicas e políticas ao seu processo de reprodução societal, nesse contexto as reformas neoliberais da educação surgem e trazem consequências para o trabalho exercido pelos profissionais envolvidos, dentre estes, os docentes da educação básica. O governo do Estado de São Paulo incorpora essa ideologia e passa a adotar diversas práticas que sucateam o ensino público e precarizam o trabalho docente, em nome de um projeto educacional que está em concordância com os ditames da lógica hegemônica. Esse quadro tem consequências para a reprodução material do professorado e até mesmo para a saúde dos trabalhadores em questão, como buscamos evidenciar a partir dos professores da rede Estadual da cidade de Ourinhos-SP

The recent transformations of the productive structure of capitalism brought new ideological and political process to its reproduction, in this context, neoliberal education reforms come and bring consequences for the work done by the professionals involved, among them, the teachers of basic education. Such reforms are proposed by supranational bodies and aim to make education one more field investment and dictated by market logic. The state government of São Paulo embodies this ideology and will adopt various practices that degrade public education and teachers' work on behalf of an educational project that is in accordance with the dictates of the hegemonic logic. This framework has implications for the material reproduction of the teaching and their working condition as we seek evidence from the teachers of the State network in the city of Ourinhos-SP
