Additive manufacturing has been gaining increasing prominence in the industry, being widely used in the manufacturing of components and emerging as an alternative to traditional processes. There is a wide range of materials that can be used in 3D printing, particularly pol- ymers. However, it is essential to test them and assess their viability for applications in fields such as biomechanics. Therefore, fatigue testing is crucial to understanding how these materi- als behave under dynamic loads. This study aims to analyse the fatigue behaviour of polymeric materials, such as ASA, PC, Nylon 12, PC-ABS, and PEEK-CFR, as there is still insufficient information on their performance under cyclic loading. The results obtained provided insights into performance differences between materials and the characterization of S-N curves for high-cycle fatigue and low-cycle fatigue behaviour. Furthermore, fracture surfaces were analysed using micro-CT imaging, Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) were also used to characterise the materials under study. These studies contributed to a better understanding of the applicability of these materials.
