This paper deals with the challenges posed to professional practice in the context of education policy, given the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the study is to guide the possibilities of implementing the interdisciplinary professional practice of Social Work and Psychology in basic education from remote education. After more than a year of the pandemic, the scientific community still asserts that, in the absence of a vaccine, social isolation is the most effective strategy to prevent the spread of the virus. Labor relations were impacted by new ways of acting, and labor activity was reinvented in formats: remote, online or home office. Based on reflective critical theory, we use the methodology of participant observation and documentary research. The results register the nuances of the intervention in the virtual format: by Social Work regarding the objective conditions of the process, and by Psychology regarding the challenge of socialization, given the specificities of remote education.
O presente artigo versa sobre os desafios postos à prática profissional no âmbito da política de educação, face à emergência da pandemia daCovid-19. O objetivo do estudo é pautar as possibilidades de efetivação da prática profissional interdisciplinar do Serviço Social e da Psicologia na educação básica a partir do ensino remoto. Passado mais de um ano de pandemia, a comunidade científica ainda assegura que, na falta de vacina, o isolamento social é a estratégia mais eficaz para evitar a proliferação do vírus. As relações de trabalho foram impactadas com novas formas de atuação, e a atividade laboral foi reinventada nos formatos: remota, online ou home office. Fundamentados na teoria crítica reflexiva, utilizamos a metodologia da observação participante e pesquisa documental. Os resultados registram as nuances da intervenção no formato virtual: pelo Serviço Social no que tange às condições objetivas do processo, e pela psicologia quanto ao desafio da socialização, ante as especificidades do ensino remoto.
