Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:The concept of quality has advanced over time. Currently, quality is a factor that makes companies more competitive in the market. Faced with this need, methodologies with Lean Six Sigma, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) were designed to improve customer satisfaction, improve product quality and meet customer needs. This project aims to study how these philosophies are integrated in companies and discover the main failure factors during the Lean Six Sigma and QFD application stage, with the objective of improving the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and QFD through the use of Design Thought. Initially, analyze the two methodologies, the concepts, the main areas of action and what are the failure factors during the implementation. Subsequently, the combination of philosophies with Design Thinking was elaborated, creating a new approach in implementation. With this new structure, it is observed that it is possible to reduce the implementation time of these tools and, in addition, the possibility of improving the company’s results.
