Resumo:Clinical records are a fundamental component of the correct treatment and follow-up of patients. The management of patient flow is complex and in the current pandemic times, the work organization must be increasingly focused and oriented towards simple and effective records. Communication among the different departments is fundamental and must ensure that data and information flows without breaks. The provision of health care to patients is a vital importance in a society and the more advanced the medicine is the better is the treatment. The impact of technologies drastically benefits the treatment chosen by the doctor and the respective diagnoses, so the more information the doctor has regarding of the state of health and all kinds of interventions of his patients, the more prepared he will be to face and the more appropriate the methods will be used for each one. The main objective of this dissertation is to study the applicability of tools to develop a web platform to be used in the management of information to health professionals. An organic platform that can be molded to various situations and that are capable to supporting clinical records where each health professional is able to visualize the tasks according to their specialty, such as physiotherapy and rehabilitation professionals. A web platform that allows any professional in the area, a simple registration and access, offering a practical history of patients with all the necessary information and all the interventions they have done.
