Rh phenotypes analysis by spectrophotometry in human blood typing
| Resumo: | The purpose of this work relies on the analysis of the Rh phenotypes in human blood type based on the plate test and using a spectrophotometric approach. This analysis will be included in the portable device previously developed by the research team for determining ABO human blood type. Therefore, this paper presents the Rh phenotype determination, including the D, C, c, E and e antigens, using optical absorption measurements, in the visible spectrum, to distinguish an agglutinated sample (interaction between antigens and antibodies) from a non-agglutinated sample (no interaction) |
