Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:[Excerpt] The Ukraine conflict has been raising fears and concerns in countries across the region, both about the possible spillover of instability and as a result of the emergence of a new revisionist Russian posture, which appears to pose an existential threat to the survival and sovereignty of states in the region. In Belarus, these concerns have evolved together with an unprecedented enhancement of the country’s international and diplomatic actorness, which has emerged as a result of Belarus’ efforts to promote and host diplomatic negotiations on Ukraine since July 2014.
