Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:In this work, a more apt tool for the PLC and robotics industries is presented. This study contextualizes the areas of PLCs and Robotics to better understand their industry and to serve as a link to the thematic of version control systems specific for this industry. This study will then help to understand the version control systems tools available for software development in general, as well as, the logic behind those while showing how they work. Then it will give more focus over the specific VCS tool that was being used in this project, by showing its functionalities and why it does not work for graphical and structured text programming in the PLC and Robotics contexts. Also, it will be possible to have a general overview of the problem, alongside with examples of solutions to control versions in software development for PLCs and Robotics.
