A aquisição dos verbos ser e estar por alunos chineses de nivel A1 no ensino de Português como língua segunda
| Resumo: | This internship report examines the challenges Chinese learners face when acquiring the verbs ser and estar in Portuguese as a Foreign/Second Language (PFL/SL) contexts. Based on a semantic and contrastive analysis between Portuguese and Chinese, the report identifies key errors made by students and evaluates the teaching materials. The research includes administering a diagnostic test to A1 level students at Yuet Wah College, specifically designed to uncover difficulties related to the use of ser and estar. The findings of this test inform the proposal of specific and innovative teaching strategies aimed at overcoming these challenges. This work also contributes with resources for developing more appropriate didactic materials to promote more effective learning of these verbs by Chinese students. The report's proposals intend to contribute significantly to improving the teaching of PFL/PSL, providing a solid foundation for future studies and pedagogical practices. |
