Se os juízes “têm direito” à sua associação sindical – duvidoso – e, sem qualquer dúvida, têm razão na maior parte das suas reivindicações (como outras profissões: militares, polícias, etc.), já ressalta desnecessária, desadequada, desproporcional e violadora da “intervenção mínima do próprio Estado ou em nome dele”, como um dos três poderes originais do Estado de Direito democrático, livre e verdadeiro, a realização duma qualquer greve. § If judges are "entitled" to their union - doubtful - and undoubtedly right in most of their claims (like other professions: military, police, etc.), it is already unnecessary, inappropriate, disproportionate and violating of the "minimal intervention of the state itself or on its behalf" as one of the three original powers of the democratic, free and true rule of law, the carrying out of any strike.
