Limites e possibilidades na implementação do Programa Mais Educação no município de Lagarto/SE

This paper studied the implementation of More Education Program (SME) in the municipal schools of Lagarto, Sergipe municipality that currently has the largest number of schools inside the Program.The study aims to analyze the limits and possibilities in the implementation of SME, as the perception of municipal Coordination Program. The method used to collect data were semi - structured interviews, focusing on questions about the role and tasks of the coordinator, personnel selection, monitoring workshops and communication between schools and board of education. Were appointed as limits in the implementation of SME Lagarto in the low level of knowledge about the theme full full-time education and weak engagement by some implementers actors and the physical structure of schools, stood out as potential investment in financial resources allocated to educational institutions.

O presente estudo tem como objeto a implementação do Programa Mais Educação (PME) na rede municipal de ensino de Lagarto, município sergipano que atualmente tem o maior número de escolas inseridas no Programa. O estudo objetiva analisar os limites e possibilidades na implementação do PME, conforme a percepção da Coordenação municipal do Programa. A técnica de coleta de dados utilizada foi a entrevista semi-estruturada, focalizando em questões sobre o papel e as atribuições do coordenador, seleção de pessoal, monitoramento de oficinas e comunicação entre escolas e secretaria de educação. Foram apontados como limites na implementação do PME em Lagarto o baixo nível de conhecimento acerca da temática educação integral em tempo integral e o frágil engajamento por parte de alguns atores implementadores e a estrutura física das escolas, como possibilidades destacou-se o investimento em recursos financeiros repassados para as instituições de ensino.
