O processo colaborativo: o modelo Murphy e os vídeos “Remake Your Class”

The article in question presents the study conducted about the collaboration process seen in documents on videos, available online, on YouTube, and posted on the educational platform Edutopia whose aim is the improvement of the apprenticeship process. Making use of the model of collaboration of Murphy (2004), we try to identify the different stages of the collaboration process of a community concerning the physical space of a classroom and we try to understand the level of collaboration achieved. The nature of the chosen method is qualitative and fits into the descriptiveinterpretative paradigm proclaiming itself as a study case, according to the contents analysis obtained with the support of the webQDA software. The achieved results show the level of collaboration attained by the aimed community and demonstrate the importance of future studies which will enable to go further into the characterization of the context and of the participants.

O artigo pretende dar conta do estudo realizado sobre o processo de colaboração presente em documentos vídeo disponibilizados online no YouTube e postados na plataforma educativa Edutopia cuja finalidade é a melhoria do processo de aprendizagem. Recorrendo ao modelo de Murphy (2004), procura identificar-se as etapas do processo de colaboração de uma comunidade, no que diz respeito à transformação do espaço físico de uma sala de aula, e compreender o nível de colaboração atingido. A metodologia adotada é de natureza qualitativa, enquadra-se no paradigma descritivo-interpretativo e assume-se como um estudo de caso, tendo-se procedido a uma análise de conteúdo dos dados recolhidos com o apoio do software webQDA. Os resultados alcançados mostram o nível de colaboração atingido pela comunidade envolvida e evidenciam a importância da realização de estudos futuros que aprofundem a caraterização do contexto e dos participantes.
