In the contemporary scenario, art education faces wide barriers; therefore, the objectives of this study are the relations between art / education, technology and cultural mediation, the main focus is to demonstrate the potential of the language of animation and to encourage its use as an instrument didactic and provide Art teachers with self-sufficiency in the use of technologies.
