Descrição
With the world's increasing consumption of raw materials, many of them related to electronic systems and devices, it is of paramount importance to develop new generation of materials with improved performance, multifunctionality and recyclability. Intimately connected to this concern arises the use of production techniques that generate less waste and are compatible with the Internet of Things, IoT, and Industry 4.0 concepts. In this context, this work proposes to use printing techniques in the production of a magnetic device capable of being simultaneously used as sensor, actuator and energy harvester. The system is based on xxx, processed by xxx and presents a magnetic sensing sensitivity of 50 V.T-1 , an actuation output of 150 mm.T-1 , and a magnetic energy harvesting output of 380 μW.T-1 . Further, it is demonstrated a strategy to recover all major components of the system, saving raw materials, energy and production time in the fabrication of recycled polymer-based magnetic devices. The multifunctional performance of devices fabricated from recycled materials is similar to the one of the devices fabricated from pristine materials.
