| Resumo: | From an investigation into the meaning of the word secession’and an inquiry into some of the tensions inherent to its realization as practice and emancipatory political horizon, we propose to reflect in this writing on one of the analytical keys involved in the current European debate on such phenomenon: what is its impact on the status of citizens of the Union’? Although it is a theoretical reflection, the intention is to provide elements that allow to add dimension of intelligibility to this debate. |
