Resumo:In lhis work we have done a sludy af lhe speciaJ needs and exi sting technical telecommunicalions help for elderly people and people with disabi lities. A survey is made af services and projects exist in some national companies af telecommunicalions that provide social, professional and educational inclusion for people with disabiJities and the elderly. Through lhe survey datu in national Insti tule of slatistics, has managed to obtain Lhe total number of elderly people and people wi Lh disabilities in Portugal deforms to perceive the percenlage of population in need of lhese technologies of communication. as depicted.
