| Resumo: | The major aim of this thesis is to determine the equity value and share price of Altri, S.G.P.S., S.A. (“Grupo Altri” or “Grupo”), a Portuguese group specialized in the production and sale of paper pulp. The Group is also present in the renewable energy generation sector. For this purpose, different valuation methodologies were used, namely the (i) Discounted Cash Flow valuation, through the Adjusted Present Value (APV) and the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) methods and the (ii) Relative valuation. In addition, the results of this valuation project were subject to a sensitivity analysis and were compared to the valuation results of an Equity Research published by a well-known Portuguese investment bank, Caixa – Banco de Investimento (“Caixa BI”). |
