Agile development with the SCRUM method
| Resumo: | This research work aims to deepen the theme of an agile development method used today, SCRUM. The most relevant thing in this article is to know what SCRUM really is and its values in a simple way of understanding. SCRUM is a framework that develops and delivers a good quality product. SCRUM is very useful in development where the systems are more complex and unusual. After this research work, it is concluded that SCRUM is an efficient method of agile development, which helps to manage project development more efficiently. |
