Consolidação de fornecedores e identificação de estratégias de compra de peças estampadas em metal
| Resumo: | The following master thesis addresses a total of two main topics: supplier consolidation and the identification of a procurement strategy for Bosch Car Multimedia. The main goal insisted to implement more efficient and more cost-effective procurement processes. In the first part of the thesis the focus is on the supplier consolidation. Here, the goal is to reduce the number of suppliers and improve relationships with the remaining suppliers. This was achieved through a thorough analysis of the supplier portfolio and the identification of key suppliers. The consolidation should lead to a reduction in complexity in the supply chain and a better negotiating position in price negotiations. In addition, a long-term partnership with the selected suppliers was sought to ensure a sustainable and reliable supply. In the second part of the thesis the aim is to identify procurement strategies be implemented in the company. The goal isto analyze the company´s objectives and needsin order to develop an efficient strategy. This succeeds however only with the definition of priorities, the selection of the suitable procurement models, and implementation of technologies for the improvement. The changed strategy should have the effect of reducing costs, improving supplier selection and guaranteeing efficiency throughout the supply chain. In addition, better control over procurement processes was achieved, which increased the company's flexibility in a constantly changing market environment. Of course, limitations were also identified and analyzed to uncover potential constraints or challenges in supplier consolidation and procurement strategy development. Overall, supplier consolidation and the development of a tailored procurement strategy helped to increase the company's competitiveness and ensure long-term stability in procurement. The implementation of these measures proved successful and should continue to be monitored and adjusted to meet changing market requirements. |
