Desenvolvimento interpessoal e formação de professores

Resumo:It has been growing the concerning with the psychological training of preservice and inservice teachers. One of the ways of conceptualizing this training is in terms of psychological development. Interpersonal relationships are one of the most important dimensions of personal development. The authors present a conception of an interpersonal training program, turned to the areas of practical activity: individual relationship with the student; relationship with parents and colleagues; and relationship with the class. Beyond the curriculum contents, training methodologies are proposed in order to promote the interpersonal development, pre and inservice. A developmental approach to inservice supervision is also presented.
