Behind smart cities: territorial governance of georeferencing in Portugal

Framework of the Smart City as an (Geo)Informational System The technological revolution, which occurred mainly in the last two decades of the 20th century, brought a huge leap in computer science studies that promoted profound changes in the economic, social, and legal practices of cities.
