| Resumo: | High-throughput fabrication of freestanding hydrogel particles with defined geometry and size for 3D cell culture, cell screenings, and modular tissue engineering is reported. The method employs discontinuous dewetting using superhydrophobic–hydrophilic micropatterns. |
