Resumo:Loyalty Programs have become a trend, with all kinds of independent hotels and chains developing their own as a way to increase sales and build a connection with their guests. With the goals of designing and rebranding Happitality, Room Mate Hotels’ loyalty program, the author had to immerse herself into this world to identify the elements that contribute to their success.
