A consulting lab abc's strategy to leverage the experienced workforce: an overall analysis on abc's business environment
| Resumo: | This project concerns the design of initiatives to leverage mature workers. This Work Project aims to support ABC in developing strategies to enhance the experienced workforce, focusing on Generation X, to sustain and update their knowledge regarding valuable skills for the future, and enhance motivation factors. A robust external and internal analysis of the overall business environment, which includes best practices, is the main step taken in the methodology. The results are divided into the best benefits to explore, the primary training partnerships to build, and recommended further research to better implement and ensure the success of final recommendations. |
