Resumo:Understanding how political priorities are defined, and change is an important problem. In a context where climate change and public debt are considered priorities, new policies that respect both future and current generations are expected. Baseline studies are typically used to understand the ”state of the art”, to which subsequent events and policies can be compared. However, traditional ones are subject to different biases, hampering the results. Here, we use the concept of ”intergenerational justice” and propose a new method to study awareness. We find differences between and within stakeholders, as topics being these differences subject to exogenous events.
