Agile Projects in Remote Work Settings: Drivers for Success

Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:Agile practices are increasingly being used for project management. Facing the most recent pandemic, most companies have adapted to remote work, a change that brings challenges to the methodologies used by most teams. Through a literature review, we deepened our knowledge in the areas of agile project management, remote work, and project success, addressing the most critical factors for each area. With the knowledge gathered, a model was created comprising six variables related to success. Of those, only four were proven to be critical to success: customer involvement, team capability, autonomy, and team diversity. With the insights obtained, we provide managers and practitioners with valuable information on how to achieve success in remote agile projects.
