Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:The Portuguese airline TAP Air Portugal was founded in 1945 by Humberto Delgado. Throughout its history, there have been several moments of financial instability marked by private investments and state aid. The last state support TAP was received to try and alleviate the "damage" caused by the global COVID-19 pandemic that caused great challenges in most industries, and on a large scale in airline industry. This case study allows us to understand and assess the financial challenge that TAP is facing at this time of restructuring during a time of global crisis, as well as stimulating strategic and critical thinking about strategies, future options, and competitive analysisin this increasingly competitive world.
