Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This brief case study aims to analyze the story of UniCredit during the economic downturn of the last decade, which had been the major difficulties and how the bank managed to overcome them. The narration starts with the merger between the former Uni Credit and Capitalia in 2007 and finishes at the beginning of 2018, when the bank seemed to have found its direction to exit the crisis. At the end of the case, a brief teaching note explores further some of the main topics that arose during the story telling.
