Resumo:Information management is becoming crucial on a global scale. The benefits derived from this process are substantially important for analyzing and understanding past and current trends, providing valuable insights for future improvement. Through Business Intelligence tools, with the comprehensive or segmented analysis of provided and processed data, a final analytical solution can be derived. This solution offers valuable insights for decision-makers, guiding them in understanding the path forward. Currently, it plays a crucial role in management, underscored by the remarkable results achieved. Within the scope of this study, focused on the Intermunicipal Community of Oeste, the aim is to obtain crucial information about transactions and card usage to identify consumption patterns. The goal is to comprehend the regional dynamics and develop solutions to promote growth. This region aims to contribute to the promotion of sustainable development and the enhancement of the quality of life in its municipalities, aspiring to attain the status of a nationally recognized Intermunicipal Community. This project seeks to significantly contribute to the region's advancement by providing insights into its behavior over the analyzed period and supporting decision-making processes.
