Measuring the impact of dei strategy: the case study of disability inclusion program
| Resumo: | DEI strategy has become an important part of corporate policies and plans, with studies linking an effective inclusive strategy to improved financial performance and long-term value creation. This work intends to understand the DEI strategy of a specific bank in Portugal and address challenges regarding the measurement of its organizational and financial value by proposing a ROI-based framework. Additionally, this project analyzes its strategy from a financial governance perspective and applies the framework to three projects, using quantitative interview data and available documents for analysis. The analysis reveals both tangible and intangible insights used to support more efficient and strategic decision-making. |
