Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This work project evaluates Y’s technology investments. It starts with the main challenge faced by Y - the need for a comprehensive data analytics strategy for its National Branches - and is extended to the evaluation of two priority investments for the next two years which are donor segmentation and gamified donations. The project analyzes implementation methods for these investments, its costs, and benefits for nonprofits, aiming to enhance donor retention, increase donations, and improve engagement and awareness among donors. Insights from this project, are tailored to the Portuguese Branch but applicable globally.
