Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This project investigates how a modern digital PPR solution can be designed to attract Portuguese savers into long-term retirement investing. Developed for BPI Gestão de Ativos, the study analyzes the best practices from digital investment platforms and combines these insights with customer experience research, customer segmentation and gamification studies to provide recommendations on platform design and key features. Our research concludes that the platform should be embedded in BPI’s main app, organized with goal-based investing, with clear simulations and simple onboarding, and complemented by an intuitive dashboard for daily use.
