Digitalization of supply chain risk management: a structured approach to software package selection and evaluation

Resumo:During the Business Project, it was found that Supplier Risk Management is a complex, yet often unstructured topic with undefined processes and untransparent methods. To help firms define the supplier risks they are facing and find digital solutions to support the management of those, this Work Project proposes a guide which is recommended to be followed when looking for software solutions in supplier risk management. By presenting frameworks and evaluation methods, the thesis offers a structured approach to software package selection and evaluation.
