Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:In a world marked by multi-decade high inflation and disruptions in global supply chains, companies able to properly manage their supply chains processes will most likely prosper ahead of competition. This section extends the analysis of Jerónimo Martins’ business model, focusing on the company’s cost side through a deep dive on its supply chain, addressing the theorical side and linking it to financial statements performance quantitatively, and benchmarking it versus the industry. We complement this with a holistic overview of the industry’s supply chain, and its trends, and conclude that JMT is well positioned to improve its supply chain operations.
