| Resumo: | The present Work Project is a consulting project for Indie Campers, which aims to better plan the restructuring process of the new business segment, Camper Buy, a digital campervan reselling platform, while providing short-term solutions to current problems the company is facing. The project is divided in two stages: an overall industry analysis and three distinguished areas –Operations, Buying Process and Marketing. The industry analysis provides key insights that guide the investigations across the different areas and supports the several recommendations given. |
