Case Report: Prenatal Loeys-Dietz Syndrome - dilatation of the main pulmonary artery and ascending aorta

Resumo:Abstract This is a rare case of prenatal diagnosis of Loeys-Dietz syndrome, which is usually diagnosed after birth. The fetus has a dilatation of the great vessels of the heart. Very little is known about prenatal dilation of ascending aorta and main pulmonary artery. Fetuses should be referred for a detailed anomaly scan, a fetal cardiologist and genetic counseling.
