Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This report aims to provide an overview of the main accomplishments attained throughout my internship at the Prudential Supervision Department at Banco de Portugal. As Banco de Portugal’s representative in the joint team on Digitalisation and FinTech with the ECB, I was able to gather actionable insights on banks’ ability to outline adequate digital transformation strategies to face the structural changes stemming from digitalisation. More precisely, I developed and implemented a BI solution, which involved designing and building a data warehouse, developing an ETL process to populate it, and constructing an interactive dashboard in Power BI for bank-specific supervisory teams. The supervisory tool was shown to be extremely elucidatory to the end users.
