Automação dos procedimentos de provas de agregação : uma solução baseada em processos inter-instância do sistema Fenix
| Resumo: | The aggregation exam process at the University of Lisbon implies the execution of several tasks by the School and the Rectory of the University of Lisbon. Internally, these tasks are performed by different groups of participants requiring coordination among themselves. Currently, in order to carry out the aggregation exam process, it is necessary for the candidate to physically go either to the School or to the Rectory to present their application. In addition, the tasks that need to be carried out are done manually, using e-mail support for the exchange of information between the different groups of participants, as well as between the School and the Rectory of the University of Lisbon. This implies that the monitoring of each application for aggregation exam is complex, given that the participants have to coordinate with each other for the correct execution of the process, and because there is no mechanism for managing applications for aggregation exams. To overcome these difficulties, it was created a software module to support the process of aggregation exams in the Fenix system, which is implemented in the 18 schools of the University of Lisbon and in the Central Services of the Rectory. The implementation of this module makes it possible to automate the process, no longer having to resort to external mechanisms for the management of each application, since the inter-instance communication of the Fenix system is ensured by the developed solution. |
