Análise de Indicadores de desempenho energético para edifícios de serviços: aplicação ao campus ISCTE-IUL
| Resumo: | Nowadays in Portugal, buildings (residential and commercial) represent about 30% of the country’s final energy consumption, approaching the 40% European average achieved on 2012. In order to reverse the buildings energy consumption growth trends, the European leaders have been promoted energy efficiency measures in this sector through the implementation of new strategies and regulations. The first step towards the identification of energy efficiency measures, required to improve the energy performance of buildings, is the energy use characterization and quantification. In the present work the energy consumption of an educational building was analysed during its normal operation. Then the building energy behaviour was predicted using a thermal simulation model which pass through a calibration process, by matching the simulation results to existing energy consumption data. Finally, the building was certified accordingly with Portuguese energy certification scheme and the labelling obtained was B- Given the importance of quantification the buildings energy performance, is also relevant to analyse the energy efficiency indicator used in the energy certification process. In national legislation, the energy consumption should be normalised by useful floor area. Aiming for a better representation of the building use, three new indicators were proposed in the present work. The suggested index was tested in several commercial building (offices and educational buildings) with different operating conditions. |
